When the sun rises, it's the start of a new day for everyone and starting it off with one of the most incredible spots on the island makes your day and your trip to Madeira even more special. The essence of what we experience in those breathtaking landscapes, with their magical sunrise colors, cannot be adequately captured through images or videos.
The high altitude always surprises us with unpredictable weather conditions due to the 1.818 meters. Whether it's summer or winter, it's always recommended to wear warm and comfortable clothes because it's usually cold.
We get to Pico do Areeiro after leaving Funchal in the early morning. There, you will have a unique experience, which is the highlight of this tour, and often the highlights of many holidays.
Our journey to Ribeiro Frio will commence after that unique experience, as we pass through a stunning forest on the way. There is a pleasant and easy hike available for you, and with it you will experience what Laurissilva means and represents. The stunning trees, lush vegetation, and breathtaking view from the balcony make this hike a must-do for our tour.
After completing the walk and taking an optional coffee or typical drink break, we will begin our return to Funchal, thereby concluding a wonderful Jeep tour.
