On this half-day jeep tour, we will concentrate on exploring the center of Madeira which are areas that are worth exploring. If you don't want to go on a long tour, or if you're traveling to the Madeira by cruise ship and have limited time, but still want to see incredible places, this shore excursion is the perfect option. We will explore villages and appreciate their kindness, simplicity, and the essence of their inhabitants. Câmara de Lobos, Cabo Giro Skywalk, vineyards, and the nun's valley view are among the highlights.
Starting our tour from Funchal, we travel into the stunning and unique village of Câmara de Lobos. This place is transformed into a fantastic place with its beautiful bay, small fishing boats, and terraces above, which create an incredible combination of colors and are a must-stop.
After visiting Câmara de Lobos, is time to move to Boca dos Namorados viewpoint, on the way we have the option of a stop for wine tasting. We emphasize that this tasting is only possible Monday to Friday. We’ll be able to enjoy the beauty of the terraces with its beautiful vineyards until reach Boca dos Namorados. The steep and narrow roads offer not only stunning views but also a boost in adrenaline levels. Before embarking on a fun off-road adventure to a typical bar, we will take note of the impressive view of the Nun's valley and the incredible mountains surrounding it.
We carry on with our Jeep tour through rural areas that will illustrate the natural beauty of simplicity until we reach Cabo Girão. We will have the long-awaited panoramic view upon arrival at the glass platform in Cabo Girão.
The view from 580 meters above sea level is the ideal way to conclude another beautiful adventure. Our journey back to Funchal will commence with excellent views along the way.
